Job Overview
Job Title: Receptionist / Customer Service
Work Location: Superior Ink Printing
Position Type: Full Time (9:00am-5:00pm)
Who We Are:
Superior Ink is a full package wholesale screen printing, embroidery, and design company fueled by quality and driven by integrity. We have a fast-paced, production-based work environment where business attire is not required. We are looking to add a new team member who is eager to work hard and learn new skills while helping us with day-to-day tasks in the office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and transfer calls when necessary
- Facilitate new quotes and process orders
- Take written messages when someone is not available to take a call
- Relay information in a timely manner either written, verbal, or using Slack
- Greet all incoming customers in a friendly manner and direct and assist them as needed
- Add phone inquiries to Printavo and gather general information for new quotes
- Efficient use of Slack and invoicing software
- Assist with courier pick-ups
- Assist clients with order pick-ups and drop-offs
- Label customer supplied drop-offs with name and invoice # and notify project manager
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and coffee cart
- Vacuum meeting area, showroom, and offices weekly
- Distribute mail daily
- Run errands occasionally (i.e. pick up materials needed for production)
Education and Work Experience:
- High school diploma
- Some college preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of screen printing is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of CRM is preferred but not required
Skills and Abilities:
- Friendly and personable
- Written and verbal communication
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Reliable
- Organized and maintains cleanliness
- General computer knowledge
- Works well with a team but is also self-sufficient
- Ability to multitask
Physical Requirements:
- Own transportation is preferred for errands
- Some walking, reaching, and bending down
- Climbing a small step ladder
- Lifting/carrying up to 50lbs
