POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Rep for their Contact Center. The CSR will be answering service calls from the company's clients pertaining to issues at the client's facility. The CSR will access the issue and take the proper course of action to resolve the service call.

Requirements:

• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Over the phone or in person customer service skills.
• Ability to take phone calls and type at the same time.

SCHEDULE:

• Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday Either 11am-8pm or 1:30pm-10pm.
• In office the first 3-4 weeks for training then will go to a hybrid schedule.
