We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Representative to help us in our overall marketing & sales efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
We pride ourselves on using a direct approach to reaching customers. Each marketing representative is fully trained in communicating with customers and learning how to negotiate sales and drive the bottom line for our clients.
Responsibilities
Execute marketing & sales campaigns
Liaise with customer to execute promotional events and campaigns
Collaborate with the team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Reach the target audience through territory management
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Execute sales presentations and maintain daily, weekly and monthly targets
Achieve monthly & weekly sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
Work as a team player with fellow team members to optimize productivity.
Build trust and rapport with prospective customers, providing clients with world class customer service and conducting in-person sales in a fast paced environment.
Identify marketing and advertising needs in support of sales initiatives.
Negotiate sales and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Competitive spirit
Full time availability
Strong verbal communications skills
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Able to quickly learn and pick up on complex ideas.
Willing to multi-task, jump in and help any campaign.
Minimum of one year of customer service, retail or sales experience
Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Energetic and motivated
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
