Job Overview
EFP is hiring customer service representatives for the City of Industry,CA.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for the customers interest, the CSR addresses the needs, inquiries, and requests, on a customer service level.
Primary Job Functions
Prepares, processes, and routes all incoming and outgoing quotes in accordance with customer deadlines.
Maintains open, closed, and archived customer orders and quotes.
Routinely processes purchase order follow-ups, weekly status reports, work order changes, delivery expedites and trouble-shoots problematic purchase orders.
Secondary Job Functions
Processes and routes all mail and incoming faxes.
Assists accounting department with collections and miscellaneous accounting issues.
Covers reception area on an as-needed basis.
Occasionally relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative details.
Participate in team meetings/projects
Participate in internal auditing system as required by quality management system
Working hours M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay rate is $18 hourly
