Do you have a passion for creating a great customer experience? We are looking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work with clients on fulfilling orders. An ideal applicant is organized and able to fulfill tasks independently, and doesn't mind that the majority of interactions with customers are not in person, but virtual via phone and email. They must be able to conduct themselves professionally when communicating with customers verbally and in writing. A high school diploma and experience in fulfilling orders for customers is required.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries
Communicating order information to data entry personnel
Researching product substitutions when needed
Communicating order fulfillment details to clients
Promptly resolving client concerns with creativity and professionalism

Requirements and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years' relatable experience
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to read and write English fluently required, bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
