Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative
Temp to hire!
8:00-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, $18/hour
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Provide customer service by conferring with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints
• Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, or adjusting bills
Requirements for consideration:
•2 Years of Experience
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
Experience with the following is a plus:
• Call Center
• Data Entry
• Customer Service
