Medical Supply Customer Service Representative

California Medical Supply company in Rocklin, serving northern California, is seeking an immediate hire for a position as a Customer Service Representative within our Enteral Formula Division.

This is a full-time career position.

This is not a remote-work position.

The job duties are as follows:

• Manage and communicate with clients
• Create and manage accounts within the Brightree operating system (Training to be provided)
• Provide out-going and in-coming phone communications
• Have a command and understanding of all individual payers, both Medi-Cal Managed Care and Commercial insurances (Training to be provided)
• Have an understanding of all nutritional products provided - including standard, therapeutic and metabolic (Training to be provided)
• Have an understanding of physician prescriptions, chart notes and other related documents associated with each client (Training to be provided)
• Possess the ability to make enteral formula calculations based on physician or dietician prescriptions or notes (Training to be provided)
• Possess excellent customer service skills - such as verbal and written communications
• Possess excellent typing skills
• Possess excellent multitasking skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not necessary
