RAD Diversified is a Real Estate Investment Trust company. We are seeking an Inner Circle Coordinator to support the Investors Relations department. In this role, you will establish a relationship with real estate investors. Provide top notch customer service and assist investors in the elite membership group they are a part of with any investment needs. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries on their financial statements, properties available in the REIT and information on upcoming Inner Circle retreats.
Responsibilities
• Prepare reports, documents, correspondence, and spreadsheets
• Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with investors and potential investors
• Participate in monthly Zoom calls with our CEO and Inner Circle investors
• Input notes into the system to follow up and follow through with investor's needs
• Give that personal touch of outstanding customer service to our members
• Establish meaningful relationships with investors to gain referrals
• Work closely with the property management and loans department for updates on properties in the REIT portfolio
• Handle complaints in a professional manner
• Attend semi-annual retreats
• Any other projects assigned by the Director of Investor Relations
Skills
• 5+ years' experience of relationship building experience
• Proficiency computer skills
• Familiar with Google platform (docs, sheets, meets)
• Excellent customer services skills
• Strong communication skills
• Articulate, detail-oriented, and assertive
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Knowledge of real estate investments or financial services is a plus
• Understanding of 401k and IRAs is a plus
• CRM Systems used: AppFolio and Pipedrive
Pay Range: $55k - $60k per year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
