We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide warranty/service information, and resolve any emerging issues that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent standards and maintain high customer satisfaction to our builders and homeowners. We're looking for someone who is reliable, on time and has great communication. Responsibilities: Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails Dispatching techs, reviewing tech notes, follow up on appointments that need more attention, creating and sending quotes for out of warranty repairs, reports on design airflow, data entry. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers The hiring process consists of two in-person interviews, with the first interview taking place in Irvine and the second would be in Corona.
