Shift: M-F 6:30am- 3:15pm
Pay Rate: $18.00
Essential Job Functions:
Purchase Order review
Sales Order entry
Communication with customers regarding order status
Resolving customer concerns
Phone and email support
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Meeting CSR team sales targets
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to prioritize
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain composure in all situations
Possess professional demeanor
Ability to adjust to change quickly
Problem solving skills
Ability to work within time constraints
Maintain focus and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years clerical, sales, or office experience
Strong multi-tasking capabilities
Exceptional phone/verbal skills
Experience in semiconductor
Aerospace and/or metals a plus
Experience in manufacturing a plus
Physical requirements:
Able to lift to 25 lbs
