Reports to: Lead Customer Support Representative
Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers with any questions regarding DJI products and services, describing the product evaluation and providing repair solutions
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All essential duties are able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation to all individuals with or without disability.
Using LMS/CRM system to search case related information and answer customer questions;
Responsible for providing customer service, updating customers about the repair process and answer any questions they may have;
Provide excellent customer service experience;
Record the communication with customer, ensure accurate information internally and identify any areas for improvement for customer satisfaction;
Be able to provide customer service independently and present the optimal service solution to customers;
Explains in laymen's terms how to resolve technical issues;
Has thorough technical knowledge of DJI products and services;
Works quickly and efficiently to resolve customer issues within DJI time guidelines;
Remains calm and professional even when dealing with angry or abusive callers;
Is comfortable being on the phone for several hours per shift;
Is proficient in learning new software and internet searches;
Works quickly and efficiently to resolve customer issues within DJI time guidelines;
Works well in a team environment;
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and experience
Associate degree from a two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to type 30 words or more per minute.
Fluent in 2 or more languages preferred.
Previous customer service and/or call center background is preferred.
Thorough knowledge about DJI products is a huge plus
Excellent communication skills
Able to use Internet Software; Word Processing Software (Word); Google Docs Software; and ZenDesk Software.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite;

This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and can range anywhere between 7:00AM and 5:30PM. Occasional evening and weekend work maybe required as duties demand.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
