THE ROLE The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Customer Service Manager while working closely with all department managers. Representatives are expected to be the role model of excellence for all other staff throughout the stadium. In addition, it will be necessary to be very knowledgeable about the stadium and services in order to assist any and all guests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Assist Customer Service Manager with employee interactions including shift check-in and check-out, customer service games, mandatory early morning breakfasts throughout the season, handing out prizes and numerous other customer service-related activities + Build surveys/polls for multiple departments and events + Survey on-site guests during events to receive real-time experience feedback + Secret shop associates in various departments during events + Complete minimum number of surveys and secret shops per event + Assist with identifying problematic issues and concerns + Maximize both employee and customer satisfaction + Assist with check-in/check-out procedure as necessary + Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training + Ability to travel to other venues as needed (Paramount Theatre and DICK'S Sporting Goods Park) + Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. + All applicants must be at least 18 years of age + High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred + Previous customer services experience a plus + Ability to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and ability to motivate others + Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting in addition to working independently + Excellent oral and written communication and strong attention to detail + Must be flexible to work all Ball Arena events including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays + Must be able to work fluently in English and bi-lingual skills are a plus + Ability to walk around for 7 to 8 hours and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour401K option after 6 months of employment Legends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
