As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving incoming customer inquiries regarding billing, coverage or policy changes and service-related issues in an effective and positive manner.

What You'll Do
What is Customer Service Representative?
Personal lines insurance covers policyholders against loss that results from injury or loss of property. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Field incoming inquiries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner while exuding confidence in providing support and solutions.
Identify and recommend cross-selling solutions, resolutions and retention opportunities for customers
Accurately enter relevant customer data / information into various Afni and client software databases.
Ongoing communication with leadership teams and attendance in training to keep abreast of updates on systems, services, products and policies.

What you will need:
At least 6 months experience in a customer service environment.
