Customer Services Representative Compensation

• The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Customer Services Representative Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is one of the following:
• 10am-6:30pm
• 11:30am -8:00pm
• Split shift, 8am-12pm, then 3pm-7pm

Customer Services Representative Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage and mail order prescriptions so that our members better understand their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience.
