Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a leading heating and air conditioning company for a clerical opportunity in their Bloomington, MN office. We're seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative to assist with dispatching, scheduling & providing excellent customer service to their clients. The Customer Service Representative will work one weekend day with a schedule running from Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. Compensation for this contract opportunity is $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on skills & experience.

What a Customer Service Representative will do:

• Take inbound and making outbound calls to customers and prospective customers for service-related information
• Assist customers with booking appointments and dispatch technicians to calls
• Pull permits and schedule inspections
• Complete rebate paperwork and installation follow-up packets
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and team members

What it takes to become a Customer Service Representative:

• 2+ years of customer service experience; willing to train the right person!
• Any home services dispatch or call center experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
