The Opportunity:
Quietflex is seeking a professional, skilled individual for out Customer Service Representative 2 position. This position responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding the organization's products or services. Determines best method to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization's policies. Coordinates with approporate departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Informs customers of standard procedures or resultion of issues.
Follows up, either verbally or in writing. Must be knowledegable of the organization's policies, procedures, pratices, products and services. Responsible for order management by handling all the details from purchase order to shipment of product.
_ Sales Representative - Inside _
_Help develop and improve phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Some travel may be required and future potential for relocation based on performance and business is a possibility. Maintains sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices and new products. Reponsible for meeting established sales quotas. Monitors competitive activity and trends within the territory. Keeps records and preare reports on sales activites. May make presentations or perform demonstrations._
Responsibilities:
Answer phone queque
Order processing
Respond to emails and faxes
Obtain working knowledge of Daikin, Goodman, and/or Amana products and accessories
Existing account management
Relationship development
Serve as primary contact with accounts
Work with Sales Managers to verify pricing discounts and and customer details
Maintain detailes files for documentation
Initiate Return Materials Authorization (RMAs), AAA (Credits/Debits), an Damage Claims
Work closely with manufacturing personnel to meet the customer's requirements
Provide customers with accurate product pricing and delivery information
Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery
Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
Generating purchase orderes and requests for quotations
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Other tasks as required
Qualifications:
2-4 years Customer Service experience is preferred
General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Answering of phones and directing calls
Good verbal skills - must be able to explain fairly technical parts information clearly
Written skills - msut be able to communicate via phone, fax, and email effectively with customers
Organizational skills
Must be honest, hard working and intelligent
Abililty to multi-task
Ability to handle high call volumne
Excellent and confident customer support skills and positive disposition
Works under minimal supervision
Resolves most questions and problems as tasks are frequently non-routine
Assits in orienting and training others
Applies experience and judgement to make decisions or resolves within defined options or standard protocols
Applies advanced administrative and systems skills
Adapts procedures, processes, and tools to the meet the requirement of the role

High School Diploma or equivalent
