CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/DISPATCHER
PAY: $16 - $19/hr. Depending on Qualifications & Experience

The Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher has a very real impact on the success of our company's ability to meet our customer's expectations. WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, this position supports the Customer Service, Dispatch & Sales Teams in all areas of these departments. Is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High school education or equivalent required, some college level courses are a plus.
Three years' customer service/dispatch experience required. Strong experience in the concrete block and/or sack industry preferred.
SAP experience preferred, but not required.
Strong aptitude for organizing personal tasks and repetitive duties in a dynamic environment.
Must have strong communication, teamwork, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate commitment to consistently delivering the highest quality customer service.
On-the-job training experience is required to be able to perform all duties.
Bobcat experience preferred, internal training required.
Requires strong accounting, clerical and basic computer knowledge skills.
Working knowledge of the operations of a 10-key adding machine, copier, facsimile machine and any other office equipment required to perform duties.
Valid Driver's license (required for bank deposit runs, sales show attendance, etc. 10% travel)
Predicable and Regular attendance is required
Selected candidate is subject to a pre-employment drug screen and post-offer background check.
