Job Location: Fargo, ND Job Summary Welcome to a unique role in Customer Service! In Sales Support at Dot's Pretzels, staff are given ownership of specified groups of customer accounts with the opportunity to contribute to process development and services offered. Staff is empowered to find creative solutions for communications and for meeting other needs discovered in their group. The work schedule is 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri but can be modified if needed. The position includes remote work flexibility and full-time remote may be considered upon request. The CSR in Sales Support at Dot's Pretzels primarily serves their group of business customers and supports the Business Manager assigned to that group. The CSR is responsible for the experience of and quality of service provided to each customer. The most important function of this role is being available to make immediate response to customer and Business Manager needs. Other duties include, but are not limited to: entering and maintaining orders, processing quality issues, answering questions regarding carrier and shipping requirements and pricing. This team member is responsible for having all relevant customer information organized in the customer data profiles. Job Duties Include Create and sustain positive customer relationships through timely, thorough, and responsive service that exceeds expectations Demonstrate ownership of customer needs and provide mutually beneficial solutions Establish and maintain open communication with Dot's team and external customers to ensure a high quality of service is being provided Have and grow an understanding of the designated technology tools used in the CSR role and continuously focus on data/information accuracy. Actively respond to all communication in a service paced, accurate, and courteous manner, primarily by phone and email.
