Description:

Client is looking for CSRs to work at their Lindbergh/Page location. They will be running their Holiday programs which is a busy time since they will be taking gift orders for inmates. This class is going to start in August to get them in good spot as they begin to ramp up more in Q3 for the holiday season. Reps will be taking inbound calls from friends and family who have a loved one in prison. They will be taking orders over the phone for their gift basket program. Client puts together food, electronics, and other gifts for men and women who are incarcerated. The friends and family will be calling in with orders - so they will walk them through the buying process and check them out at the end of the call.

The reps will work anywhere from 36-45 hours/week, depending on the demand.

The contractors are being hired for the busy season, which starts now going through January. But they are absolutely being considered for perm roles, as long as performance is good, and they don't have attendance issues.

SHIFT

After Training Candidates need to be available to work:

Monday - Friday (one day off)

12:30p to 9:00p

Saturday's 10a to 4p

Must be willing to submit to clients background and credit screening.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Basic technical skill level is very important, please probe them on their comfort level and data entry skills...if they are not up to par we WILL be administering testing moving forward. 6+ months customer service experience (call center, retail, food
