Automated Health Systems is a premier healthcare focused customer service call center vendor expanding in the Northeast Region. Join at the front end for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced contact center environment.

this role is available remote. Must be able to pick up equipment at the Marlborough, MA location

Call Center Benefits:

Call Center Responsibilities:
Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
Providing accurate and consistent information.
Providing quality customer service and support.

Call Center Qualifications for the position include:
Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
