Primary duties include:
Cold calling
Communicate with customers on the phone to get contact information of decision maker.
Must be fluent in English, good customer service skills, confident, excellent communication skills, polite and friendly.
Keep record of all communications- must be familiar with Excel and basic CRM functions on the internet. Must possess basic organization skills.
Send out introduction emails to customers - must be familiar with Outlook basic functions.
Be comfortable with speaking on the phone and repeatedly making outgoing calls.
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
