Join our Guaynabo team as an Onsite Full-time Bi-lingual Customer Experience Associate at rate of pay $11.00/hour earn up to additional $245/month as incentive pay. Shift differential of 10% of pay. You will be supporting our client's customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems
  • Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations
  • Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner
  • Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date
  • Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test
  • Be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
  • Have prior clerical/ customer service work experience
