Description:

We are actively hiring for customer service representatives who will be taking inbound calls from friends and family who have a loved one in prison. They will be taking orders over the phone for their gift basket program. Walking customers through the buying process and placing orders and following up with customers with status updates.

The reps will work anywhere from 36-45 hours/week, depending on the demand.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for Training and 12:00-9:30 after training

Saturday: 10-4pm

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience

Computer Skills - ability to navigate around different computer skills
