TITLE: Central Station Operator
LOCATION: Rochester, NY
_JOB DESCRIPTION: _
The primary responsibility of this position is to monitor the integrity of systems and respond to alarms and emergencies using established protocols. Maintain customer privacy, confidentiality, and interacting with customers and coworkers to exemplify the mission and vision of Casco Security Systems.
_JOB REQUIREMENTS: _
High school diploma or equivalent
Regular and reliable attendance is required in the position.
Shift work (24/7 environment) includes after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
Answer, call, and interface with customers.
Works well independently and with others.
Competency with computers.
Bilingual a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
