Job Overview
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing the Customer Service Team's daily operations, maintaining team productivity, and providing resolutions to escalated Customer & Distributor complaints.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the Customer Service team to ensure they stay focused on processing all orders and customer/distributor requests.
Troubleshoot order processing issues and assist in process improvement projects to keep the department running smoothly.
Review pending Sales Order Reports regularly to ensure processing in a timely manner.
Work with Supply Chain, Sales Reps and Distributors to manage in-house and field inventory.
Assist with customer service-related projects as needed.
Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:
5+ years of managing a Customer Service team in a medical device environment.
Must have experience working with a consignment business model (bill onlys/delivered order forms, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to effectively demonstrate interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) as well as the ability to become proficient in the company's ERP software. Sage experience a plus!
Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to succeed in team situations and excel independently.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
