Job Overview
California Closets has an opportunity for a highly motivate individual, to be our Showroom Representative. This is an entry-level position that can lead to higher level role in the future (after one year of service). The work schedule includes weekends and some Holidays.

Job responsibilities:
Appointment scheduling for a regional area via web leads, incoming calls and email requests
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Provide showroom tours and deliver product knowledge
Identify the opportunity and book consultations for our Design Consultants
Point of contact for the showroom
Manage merchandising, visuals and cleanliness of showrooms
Fulfillment of inventory and sample orders
General office administration
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls
Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly team meetings and actively participate
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and/or higher.
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills are a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, google docs)
Ability to learn new software programs without difficulty
Exceptionally accurate data entry
Ability to operate basic office equipment and phone systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work independently
Luxury retail experience a plus
Interior Design background or interest a plus
Flexible schedule (including weekends and some Holidays)
