Responsibilities of the Customer Service Lead

• Oversee and assist a team of Customer Service Associates


• Achieve quality and efficiency targets


• Provide coaching and support


• Maintain a positive environment

Requirements of the Customer Service Lead

• 2+ years of Call Center Lead or Supervisory experience


• Working knowledge of MS Office products


• Ability to multi-task


• Bilingual is a plus!

Compensation for the Customer Service Lead

• Salary: $18 - $20/hour, depending on experience
