Position Summary:
To provide and maintain high standards of customer service in the department; to supervise and direct crew activities within the direction of the Dairy Queen Manager and operations to ensure that the work shifts of the associates working contribute to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.

Relevant experience preferred, Proficiency developed through work experience and on the job training

Works within a range of processes and procedures

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
