Job Overview
More Than Ink is a family-owned and operated business providing quality printing to
Northeast Florida. We pride ourselves on being able to help with a variety of project
types and giving each client the attention to detail they need to promote their
business or organization. Our mission is to provide clients with the highest quality
products and services with convenient turn-around time and competitive pricing.

been awarded Best printer by several local publications such as Florida Times-Union's Bold City Best, Best of Clay, and Folio Weekly Magazine.

Position starts at $16/hr. Prior history working in a print shop is not required. Training will include an overview of the types of printing that we offer and the projects that we excel in. The paper and sign printing that we offer is done in-house so you will have the opportunity to learn various areas of the shop to better assist clients.
This customer service position will consist of:
Greeting clients in the front office.
Answering and directing phone calls.
Write up work orders through our job management system.
Assisting with billing / shipping.
Send client reminders for completed jobs.
Filing and/or pulling previous work orders.

Print Shop: 1 year (Preferred)
Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
