Welcome game day guests exhibiting outstanding customer service
Welcome Tent Host/ Hostess
Work in a fun and flexible environment
Enjoy game day experience while getting paid!
Assist guests with any request on game days
Bellhops provide the ouchpoints on a game day that ensure customers receive top-notch service and leave satisfied with the product received
Transport customers' tailgating equipment to their respective tailgate locations
Maintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries and/or needs
Duration
Must be able to work September to late November
Opportunities to work Friday afternoon/ early evening for additional hours
Must be able to work 15+ hours a week

Requirements
Things we look for in a Host/Hostess/Bellhop:
18 years or older
Must be a team player!
Must be able to communicate clearly with clients, guests, vendors and peers
Must act and behave in a professional manner at all times
Must uphold the highest standards of customer service
Must be able to work all home football games
