We are currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE-DOCUMENT PROCESSOR to join our Team!
BI-LINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH PREFERRED
Prior automotive experience is a PLUS! Pleasant atmosphere that can be very fast-paced at times. This position is responsible for providing a high level of Customer Service to our clients and promoting a positive attitude to create a friendly environment.
Applicant must be a self-motivated professional with clear communication skills. Accuracy is of utmost importance in our business. The position requires a well-organized individual with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with basic office skills.
Applicant must be professional in appearance, punctual, with the flexibility to work 40 hours/week, Monday - Saturday, WITH ROTATING Sundays You will have a set schedule, adjusted as business needs require.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact customers, document processing, title transfers.
REQUIREMENTS: Over 21 years of age.Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record - DMV. Own a reliable vehicle. Must have experience working in a professional office environment. Ability to provide OUTSTANDING customer service.Flexible Hours/Saturdays a Must. Ability to multi-task and maintain composure.
