The Sub Agent Network, (SAN) Dispatcher routes Sub Agent partners to service calls to repair commercial kitchen equipment efficiently and productively. This position is the primary point of contact for a all service partners within a geographic territory.

3 days in the office 2 work from home
Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Main Responsibilities:
Route technicians to service calls using dispatch management tools that exceeds customer expectations and/or service level agreements
Serve as the primary point of contact for service partners within a geographic market or territory
Management of all open service orders that need parts ordered, are in waiting for parts status or have other special requirements
Review and resolve escalated service issues and find unique and repeatable ways of solving issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 years' experience in dispatch, customer service and/or restaurant management
Experience in Microsoft Office / Window based environment and other software programs
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong organizational and time management skills
