ColdTech seeks an energetic problem solver to join our CSR Dispatch team in Boise, Idaho area.

Job Duties:

• Creates well written work orders using descriptions from inbound telephone calls and email tickets
• Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments for Service Technicians
• Writes purchase orders and coordinates with Service Technicians to order equipment from suppliers
• Updates Service Technician schedules to optimize productivity
• Builds rapport with customers and ensures they receive excellent service
• Resolves customer concerns and work order related issues through proactive collaboration with team members
• Uses the computer database to maintain customer accounts, retrieve customer information and update work order status

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Exceptional customer relationship management acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• High proficiency with computer skills, and eager to learn new software

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC
• Experience in service based businesses
• Experience working with and dispatching technicians, emergency response professionals or other service providers
