Responsibilities: + Primary contact for delivery of parts, customer service, and local transportation issues + Handle all deliveries, load, unload parts and equipment and maintain paperwork + Upkeep of all documents from deliveries + Assist customers on routes with returns within specific timeframe + Assist in the warehouse when not on route or working the counter + Process returns once at location, properly document, label, and place returns in designated area + Building a good relationship with customers to expand parts and equipment sales + Ability to receive and stock inventory in proper bin locations + Work with local and regional freight companies (setup times, hot shots, etc.), when you do not have deliveries + Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor. + Work a parts counter assisting with customer orders, assist with stocking and cycle counts + Completes training as required, including safety training, certification, and testing. + Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all functions of the job. + Flexibility to work on-call shifts, overtime/weekends as required. Qualifications: + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) + 6 months to one-year warehouse experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Valid Drivers License + Excellent customer service Team player + Available to work weekends as needed Forklift experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
