Customer service - Client Services Rep.

Importer- distribution company in Gardena is looking for a customer service representative.
The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries
and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have customer service, or account Mgt. experience

Location: Gardena, CA
Pay: $18-20/hr. dep. (Benefits and bonus)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: HYBRID (3 days in-office, 2 days' work from home)

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  
• Receives orders by telephone/email and accurately enter them into the NetSuite system.
  
• Follow-up on customer requests received via phone call and or email.
  
• Provide support as needed to Client Service
  
• Build sustainable relationships with clients
  
• Fluency with the E-Commerce website and a strong knowledge of all brands.
  
• Create and maintain customer login, in the E-Commerce website, with impeccable accuracy.
  
• Communicate with all departments regarding timely order release, pricing and shipping requirements and any other special needs.
  
• Identifies customers needs and provides solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner
  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS
  
  • Min. 1 year of experience in a role involving extensive client contact required
    
  • High school degree
    
  • Strong phone contact and presentation skills
    
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    
  • Computer skills, including frequent prior use of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
    
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus!
