Job Overview
Fast-growing sandwich company currently seeking a rockstar Customer Service & Catering Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Responding to all customer email inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Answering phone calls during hours of business. Assisting customers with any order-related matters.
Providing recommendations for order quantities and assisting customers with placing orders.
Handling all customer order modifications, upcharges, and refunds when applicable.
Overseeing the fulfillment and packing of all catering orders
Overseeing the dispatch of all catering orders. Ensuring all orders go out the door on time and reach customers within their desired delivery windows.
Forwarding of any communications from 3rd parties to the correct person or department within the company.
Assisting with lunch rush order fulfillment, packing, and dispatch.
Requirements:
Must have strong verbal and communication skills.
Must have strong writing abilities.
No prior experience required.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
