About the Role:

Our Morley reacquired vehicle management team is one of the strongest in the business at handling vehicle buybacks, and has built the processes and relationships to make sure we can do this smoothly. In your position as a Customer Service Case Analyst, you'll review cases to develop a timeline and full summary of the concerns and complaints regarding the vehicle. You'll use the information to come up with a recommendation on whether the vehicle should be bought back or if other options would be more appropriate.

While a background in banking, auto dealerships or accounting is helpful, it isn't necessary in order to be a great case analyst. We'll train you on everything you need to know.

What You'll Do

Reach out to auto dealerships
Use the auto manufacturer's systems to develop a timeline and full synopsis of vehicle concerns and complaints
Create a case assessment
Provide a recommendation to the case analyst team on whether a vehicle should be bought back or if other options are more appropriate to address the customer's complaint

Please note: This is an on-site position in Saginaw, Michigan. You'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You'll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events.

Eligibility Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan
Three or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)

Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday to Friday, primarily 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with a rotational shift until 8 p.m. or 10 p.m. a couple times per month (No weekends!)

Nice to Have

College degree in a relevant field
Prior experience working in banking, accounting or an automotive dealership
