A successful candidate must be able to:
Provide order support to Sales Team and Customers
Make order changes for Sales Team and Customers
View, process, coordinate, and accept payment via phone
Reconcile unpaid and draft orders
Expedites and Delivery Changes (pre-shipment)
Provide inside sales support in general
Draft Order Reconciliation and Cleanup
Assist with special projects as directed
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via face to face, voice, and email.
Excellent time and task management skills
Ability to easily utilize various software applications; multiple screens; and headset with microphone while interacting with a customer
Strong attention to detail, willing attitude, and critical thinking skills
Dependability, with a commitment to consistently work a 40-hour work week.
Qualifications:
2+ years of recent customer service experience
2+ years of basic computer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Evening shift
Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sulphur Springs, TX 75482: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
