We are looking for Customer Service Associates to join our Pet's Barn stores for our new store at 14011 Pebble Hills Blvd.

We are changing the game by offering customized food that can address the individual needs of dogs and cats in San Antonio. We would love it if you helped us.

Successful Customer Service Associates, have a learner's mindset, know what great customer service looks like and can deliver it and can guide and sell customers to find the best products for them. No job is too big or small for our best Associates. Experience in customer service or in sales is a plus, but not required.
Competitive market based pay with bonus programs and flexible works schedules are available.
Key Responsibilities
Clearly understand the products available in store and can articulate their value to customers
Cross-sell products and introduce new ones to serve customers
Manage sales, return and exchange transactions and collect payments
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets and redeem coupons
Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
Be friendly, helpful and personable to customers and teammates
You Are Great At
Customer service and can deliver amazing customer experiences
Communicating with customers and teammates
Understanding the value of products and can guide customers to find what they need
Navigating a PC, register and other technology

Maintaining a clean and organized store and workspace

Pay: $7.25 - $9.00 per hour
