About the Role

As a retail adviser, you'll be working face-to-face with customers in a retail setting such as a store. You will be responsible for taking payment for purchases as well as up-selling other products. You'll also be responsible for greeting customers and helping them with any issues that they may have during their visit. Retail advisers are also expected to keep the store clean, tidy and free from any dangers. As a retail adviser you'll also be expected to deal with any refunds or exchanges required by customers, as well as deal accordingly with any complaints. Your main priority is to ensure customer satisfaction.
