Job Overview
Customer Service Associate-Vacation Club- P/T position, possibly leading to F/T employment. We work remotely. Some training may be conducted at our main office located in Pulaski, NY.
Condo Travel Club and Pulaski Tickets & Tours is a member-based organization with approximately 40,000 members nationwide. Our company provides travel services to our members at discounted rates and serves as a host travel agency for approximately 200 outside sales agents.
We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives / Condo Vacation Consultant with strong communication skills to be able to speak to our members with confidence and the ability to answer questions regarding what our program offers. This position also involves being available to assist members access our website and making sure they are using the various tools available to them to get the most out of their membership. As a Condo Vacation Consultant you need a strong background in on-line customer service care and communication. This is a fast paced member based vacation club and our priority is customer satisfaction.
In addition the position involves reserving condo vacations for our members. Assisting with on-line condo reservations and member questions. Processing reservation paperwork and reconfirming member reservations. Strong organizational skills is essential when corresponding to members and co-workers.
The right candidate must be reliable, positive & able to multi task. Computer skills are a must and should include but not limited to basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. This is a remote learning situation and virtual training is not for everyone so please consider this before applying. Salary discussed at time of interview & negotiable for the right candidate.
