Description:

Our company is looking for 3 customer service/claims assistants to support the claims department for a start date of October 24th. This position will be the First Notice of Loss. The FNOL team gets the first calls when someone gets in an accident to takedown the proper information and direct them to the right department. You will answers calls on the switchboard, make proper connections to requested personnel/department and/or provide routine information to callers. Initially you'll will be processing work fax/emails from customers to update their documents on file. Will be the first point of contact when someone gets into an accident. A lot of data entry, but looking for someone who is comfortable speaking to people in a potentially stressful situation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1 year of customer service/office experience (Call Center, Receptionist)

Retail/restaurant experience is great

Strong attention to detail

Experience working in a call center

Strong Data Entry skills

At least 35 WPM

Someone who is willing and able to handle intense interactions with customers (i.e. in a bad car accident)
