Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative.
Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to keep a large number of projects/tasks going concurrently.
All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail, and they have ability to learn a large amount of technical data in regards to our products. Strong mathematical skills are required, and those skills will be used daily.
Daily tasks include (and certainly are not limited to): 30-50 Customer Service emails, providing products support over the phone, processing customer orders and quotes. Follow up with clients via phone and email would be required as well. Will be required to attend some trade shows throughout the year.
At least 2 years experience in a professional office environment preferred. Some college coursework required.
We are a fast-growing industrial distribution firm looking for motivated and committed individuals for the long run.
There is a two-week training period. Candidates are expected to show diligence and attentiveness during these training periods. Training will be on going as our product line is extensive and constantly evolving.
