Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 / hour

Duties:

Service customers at counter while projecting a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff and public in a courteous manner. Interact with customer to ensure complete and accurate shipping documents and all documents related to terminating shipments. Collect record and properly process all monies from customers. Answer Airline's telephone and take appropriate action when necessary and/or required. Advise customers via telephone and written notification of the arrival of shipments. Inform shipper of cost of freight and storage charges if applicable. Complete airway bills required data entry, and update computer records. Review paperwork and information to ensure accuracy and completion.

Position Requirements:

Must be comfortable with tendering PETS/Animals-Must possess a valid Driver's License/Government Issued picture ID-Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security background checks - Must be able to pass a drug test - Must be able to lift 50lbs - Must be 18 years of age-Must possess the ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English. Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holiday.
