Job Overview
Answerwest is seeking customer service agents for our inbound call center. We are a high volume, fast paced call center providing dispatching and messaging services for medical professionals and businesses in the Reno/Sparks, Carson City and Tahoe area. Our agents must courteously and efficiently answer calls for a variety of clients. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Flexibility with scheduling, weekends and holiday work is required.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
Identify caller's need and handle according to account protocols
Compose and type concise messages using proper spelling and grammar
Efficiently dispatch or clear calls to appropriate party
Qualifications
Customer service experience
Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
Can quickly read and understand written instructions
Must have good listening skills
Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Type at least 35 wpm.
