This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 8pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Must be willing to come to office 1-2 times per month. Our office is located at 600 Airborne Parkway, Cheektowaga, NY.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR Equivalent work experience


• Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience


• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

• Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)


• Social work, behavioral health, disease prevention, health promotion and behavior change (working with vulnerable populations)


• Sales or account management experience


• Customer Service Experience

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Reside within the state of New York and within 120 miles of Cheektowaga, NY including the ability to come into the office 1-2 times a month


• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy


• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
