The Customer Service Advisor provides exceptional customer service support to the customers of all our business entities. The purpose of the Customer Service Advisor role is to ensure that our retail and wholesale customers receive the best possible support and have the best possible experience.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday position working out of our office in Kent, Washington. We offer paid vacation and fantastic benefits coverage including medical, dental, life insurance and long-term disability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor include:

Responding to Customer Support Tickets in a timely fashion and providing superior customer support.

Answering Customer Inquiries via phone in an upbeat, friendly, and professional manner.

Learn the current reseller database to understand the client base and identify opportunities.

Be confident and comfortable in discussing growth opportunities with resellers - ie, adding a new product line.

Work with the finance department to ensure customer accounts are up to date and providing help with invoices where necessary

Work with the warehouse team to ensure customer and reseller orders are being sent on time and to customers satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma

1-3 years' experience in Customer Service

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to shift focus quickly

Attention to detail

Have a Customer focused positive and professional attitude.

Ability to Operate a computer - Office systems such as excel is a must

Ability to use internal systems to assist customers

Ability to Operate a Phone

Ability to write and speak in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
