Customer Service Advisors will deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. What You'll Be Doing:
• Assessing client and customer needs and providing exceptional customer service
• Processing requested changes
• Explaining the type and cost of services offered
• Receiving and logging complaints
• Other duties as required

• Customer Service and/or Sales driven professional
• High achiever, with a record of top performance
• Team player who builds open, honest relationships
• Great work ethic and can work independently
Position Requirements:
• Completion of Post Secondary
• 1+years working experience within a sales/customer service driven environment
• Demonstrated experience hitting and exceeding targets set forth
• Ability to deal with customers professionally in a fast and ever changing environment
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Punctual and committed to work schedules
• Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manners
• Available for full-time hours
