Purpose of Job We are seeking a talented Bank Member Service- Fraud for Phoenix, AZ Colorado, CO and San Antonio, TX our facility.

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 40:30 pm local time.

Work Schedule: Candidates must be willing to work anywhere between 7am-8pm local time, 40-hour work week Monday-Sunday. Two days off will be determined during training.

Within defined guidelines and framework, facilitates the financial security of members through investigative and independent analytical thinking while using multiple systems and resources simultaneously. Serves members in a consistent and compliant way by identifying red flags and suspicious behaviors that contribute to fraud. Retains member relationships through safeguarding financial security and at times, deliver difficult messages to discontinue banking business relationships.

Job Requirements

Tasks:

• Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
• Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
• Provides operational support to members with their banking needs on a single Banking product.
• Reviews accounts and processes transactions that may require regulatory action.
• Identifies and confirms the member's immediate request(s) and works to resolve issues.
• Explores member's banking needs and responds with needs-based solutions.
• Recommends new Banking products that might be of interest to the member.
• Maintains high levels of member satisfaction and demonstrates commitment to quality through member interactions.

Minimum Experience

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
• Up to 1 year of customer service, financial services member contact experience or military experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications.
• Successful completion of a job-related assessment is required.

Preferred experience

• Experience in fraud prevention/detection in a financial services environment.
• Experience in bank operations, fraudulent review, and regulations and transactions such as, wire transfers, online banking, Zelle, external transfers and ACH, card base transactions, and remote/mobile deposit)
• Strong attention to detail and high concern for data privacy and accuracy.
• Experience with Deposit and Credit Card Servicing Operations
• Strong analytical and research experience with using internet investigative resources with different systems
• Ability to exercise a high level of independent judgement

Compensation:

USAA has an effective method for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this skill is: $ 43,680.00 - $60,100.00

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

Shift premium: will be addressed on an individual basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
