Responsibilities
Learning and understanding company insurance products and procedures
Answering calls and responding to clients' needs
Meeting with clients in person to review their policies
Making outbound calls to clients
Servicing customer accounts and policies
Working one-on-one with insurance carriers
Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products
Recommending available products
Willing to learn consistently through your career
Data Entry
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience
Friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Be able to work well with others and willing to help team members
This is not a sales position
